Established in 1964, Benihana Inc. is the operator of the largest chains of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants in the United States. It offers a variety of cuisine, such as Teppanyaki dishes, sushi dishes, wine and alcohol-free drinks. The restaurant's children's menu includes shrimp appetizer, Benihana salad, Hibachi vegetables, steamed rice and ice cream. Benihana Inc. operates through 97 restaurants nationwide, including 63 Benihana Teppanyaki restaurants, nine Haru sushi restaurants and 25 RA Sushi restaurants.
