Established in 1965, Bennett Nurseries grows and sells a range of plant material, all of which is sold directly to the public through its 6-acre site. Based in Huntsville, Ala., it offers annuals for all seasons, perennials, hanging baskets, mixed planters, roses, herbs, vegetables, trees, shrubs, vines, bulbs, fruit trees and other fruiting plants, soil mix, herbicides, pesticides and organics. It also offers plants of more than 20 varieties of tomatoes, hot peppers, mild chilies, peach trees, pear trees, apple trees, plum trees and fig trees. Additionally rabbit eye blueberry bushes, blackberry and raspberry bushes and grapevines and muscadine vines are also grown.
