Founded in 1984 by Joanne Schneider and Willow Bentley, Bentley's house of coffee and tea has been a part of the university community for more than 20 years. Locally owned and operated, Bentley s provides fresh and fast menu, coffee and tea, free wireless Internet, breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night dining options. The restaurant s coffees are certified and 100 percent fair trade organic. Its menu includes yogurt smoothies, fresh fruit freeze, iced tea, cappuccino, espresso Vienna, two eggs, potato and toast, English muffin, assorted sweet breads, bagels, Caesar salad, turkey and cheese sandwich, veggie burger, green corn tamales, tuna melt, red bean and rice burro and pasta. Every Friday night Bentley's hosts an acoustic open mike along with a free acoustic open jam and a mini-showcaser.
