He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and serves as Co-Director at Staten Island University Hospital. You will be evaluated and treated by Dr. Bernstein (not an assistant) on every visit. Common conditions treated include acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, warts, moles and other unwanted growths. Skin cancer screening will be provided on request. Medicare and many PPOs are accepted. Call with your insurance card in hand. (cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by medical insurance).
