Bethany Lutheran Home, founded in 1950, is a nonprofit, church-owned facility offering short- and long-term health care services. It is a more than 100-bed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility offering a seven-day a week rehabilitation program with licensed therapists on staff, home-cooked meals, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. The facility offers a variety of daily activities to its residents, including Bible study, book talk, bowling, church socials, exercises and music programs, as well as organizes birthday parties. It also provides residents with telephone, cable television, newspapers and magazines, beauty salon, WanderGuard monitoring system and mail services.
