The facility has controlled access; everyone entering the facility must do so by inputting a unique code, which will allow them access to the property interior. Once inside the facility, all our units have individual door alarms. Only your unique code will deactivate the alarm to your unit. Your alarm will be reset when you enter your code again at our exit gate. Activity at the facility is recorded 24 hours a day/7 days a week. In addition, we require and keep on file photo identification for all customers.
We offer 2 types of space to suit your storage needs. Interior Climate Controlled:
Our interior climate controlled storage units are specifically designed to store and protect items from outside heat and humidity, such as pharmaceuticals, business records, commercial storage, books, toys, ski clothes and other seasonal items, antiques, fine furniture, etc. This type of storage unit will keep your stuff comfortable for as long as you keep it there. Non Climate, Drive-up: Our non-climate controlled storage units are drive-up accessible and are for storing items that are not temperature sensitive such as fishing equipment, lawn furniture, cars, water sports equipment, etc. You can think of it as an alternative to your garage, put your stuff here, and get your primary car back where it belongs.
At Big Key Self Storage you can be rest assured in knowing you belongings are safe with us as we offer individually Alarmed Units and Computer Controlled Access. Each unit is individually alarmed and only your access code will turn it off when you enter the property. Our access control software allows only authorized customers to enter the property, and records all access and exit request. Even better - we also offer 24 Hour Video Recording. Sixteen cameras are recording key entry and exit points to the property 24 hours a day.
We'll let you use our truck for free when you move into your unit.* We also have trucks available for local moves. Our 16' HiCube trucks have a large cargo area, roll up rear door, loading ramps, automatic transmission, power steering, and front cab air-conditioning. *Call for details, some restrictions apply.
