Usually when a floor needs to be leveled due to natural shifting or termite infestation, in most cases the beam supporting the floor shifts. In order to get it back in line and leveled you have to remove the existing floor to get to the beam. If infested with termites in all cases a licensed exterminator will have to be called in before we can replace the beam and level the floor.
