In addition, she was the winner of the National Association of Women Business Owners Rising Star Award in 2008, and has been honored by Inc. Magazine and Ad: tech. The leader of the Bleu design studio, Ben is a skilled designer, art director and team manager with over two decades of entrepreneurial and major brand experience. He brings advanced skills in branding and design for new and traditional media. Traditionally trained as a designer, Ben adapted early to the online world, and has founded and operated two successful web design and development firms, Saltmine Inc., and Lux. Jason is a creative, solutions-focused professional equipped with 16 years of IT success that includes 12 years of experience designing and managing enterprise-wide technology solutions, leading teams of systems analysts and engineers, using lead-edge methodologies and frameworks. Curt is an idea architect. Degreed in molecular biology, he applies an empirical framework to everything he touches which makes him a superb analytics guy. Following a stint in the labs, he looked beyond the Petri dishes and Pyrex to join the dynamic marketing industry. Since then, he's been involved in every aspect of Bleu Marketing's operations, and has recently taken on the firm's business development initiatives.
