Established in 1988, BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas is one of the largest third-party administrators in Arkansas. It administers a variety of self-funded health plans, such as preferred provider organizations (PPO), employer provider organizations (EPO) and consumer-directed health plan designs. Some of the services offered include plan design consulting/analysis, management reporting, healthcare network analysis, in-house underwriting, state-of-the-art drug card programs and plan document preparation. BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas has license to offer health plans across all 75 counties of Arkansas. It is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
