Informations
The Milwaukee Bucks are a National Basketball Association team that was formed in 1968 when the NBA awarded a franchise to Milwaukee Professional Sports and Services. In October of that same year, the Bucks played their first NBA regular season game against the Chicago Bulls before a crowded arena of nearly 8,500 fans. In 1971, the Bucks won the NBA championship against the Baltimore Bullets. The title was won faster than any expansion team in professional sports history. In 1985, the franchise s current owner, United States Sen. Herb Kohl, bought the Bucks in fear that another investor might move the team from Milwaukee. The team plays at the Bradley Center in downtown Milwaukee.
