Bobby Van's is a privately owned and family-run operation founded by a group of restaurant industry veterans and their friends. The steakhouse has received national accolades. The restaurant in New York City opened in 2003 followed by two more by 2005. It offers appetizers, salads, potatoes and vegetables, entrees and seafood.
