Bornhava Organization, a nonprofit center for childhood development, offers support and resources for children with special needs. Its early intervention programs assists children from birth till the age of three, while the preschool program addresses the needs of children from three through five years of age. The center, with a specialized staff of caregivers and professionals, determines and designs the programs as per its requirements. The center, established in 1983, is funded by the United States Department of Health, the New York State Education Department and private donations. The center is located in Buffalo, N.Y.
