I have been grooming dogs and cats for over 30 years. I am a Certified Master Groomer and Canine Hygienist, having received these certifications early in my career. I pride myself in understanding many pet behaviors which afford me the ability to handle pets in a calm and efficient way. I try not to allow animals to stay in my shop longer than 2 hours to lessen their stress. After all, as gentle as I try to be ALL pets would rather be at home! I like to create as calm an atmosphere as possible so that they do not fear returning to my shop. I care about pets' well-being. In addition, I attempt to understand clients' requests and concerns so their beloved pet looks and feels the way the client expects upon their return.
