The Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield is a local affiliate of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. BGC provides its services and programs from its three campuses located in the north and west sides of Springfield, Mo. The Club also offers a summer outreach program at the Campbell and McGregor schools, and the membership is open to boys and girls, aged six to 18. The Boys & Girls Club has five-core program initiatives including arts, sports and fitness, social skills, character development and leadership development and education and career development. Additionally, prevention programs are available for youth, which include gang, alcohol, drug, tobacco, teen sex and pregnancy prevention.
