· Brasserie Pushkin offers a menu of Imperial Russia-influenced dishes, as seen through the contemporary and cosmopolitan lens of New York. The restaurant is owned and operated by Andrey Dellos, founder and owner of Russia-based restaurant firm, Maison Dellos Group; with the Group's executive chef, Andrey Makhov, overseeing culinary operations. In addition to two spacious dining areas split over the ground level and a mezzanine floor, the three-level restaurant houses a two-story, state-of-the-art kitchen; private dining areas; a spacious bar with a comprehensive cocktail and vodka program; and a pastry counter showcasing the masterpieces created by Maison Dellos Group's award-winning executive pastry chef, Emmanuel Ryon. However, the biggest delights are the desserts, crafted out by Emmanuel Ryon, Chef-confectioner and true wizard in his work. He creates incredible handmade pastries, cookies, sherbet, sweets, decorated with monograms and leaf-gold – all true masterpieces.
