Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, located in Indianapolis, is one of five secondary schools sponsored by the Chicago Province of the Society of Jesus. Founded in 1962, the school serves a coeducational student population of more than 800 with a faculty and staff of over 100 people. The school has a counseling department that assists students in planning their schedules based on their career plans and also assists in admissions to institutions of higher education. It also encourages parents to participate in the Mothers Association, which undertakes a number of projects and activities throughout the year, including cultural festivals, staff appreciation luncheons and dinners, fundraisers, admission information nights and the alumni mothers trip.
