Dr. Berg earned his DDS degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland. A distinguished graduate, he was presented with membership to the Gorgas Odontological Society. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received the Resident of the year award. Concurrently, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
