BRIO Tuscan Grille was started by Chris and Rick Doody in 1999. It is an Italian restaurant and its menu emphasizes prime steaks and chops, homemade pasta specialties and flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-burning oven. The restaurant has among the highest average unit sales in the industry. The average BRIO Tuscan Grille seats more than 200 guests in over 7,000 square-feet of space. The restaurant organizes birthday, anniversary and graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and holiday celebrations. BRIO Tuscan Grille is a member of the BRAVO! Development Company, which operates more than 60 full-service restaurants in nearly 20 states.
