And we have experience as owners of houses, condominiums, and investment property. We work with individuals and their unique situations, and work hard to ensure satisfied buyers and sellers. We rely heavily on referral business and seek to establish long term relationships with our clients. Pam Dempsey started Bronzeville Properties in early 2006 in order to create a slightly different brokerage firm model, capitalizing on her years of experience in the corporate world. Ms. Dempsey has a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is a former Board Member of the Bronzeville Area Residents' and Commerce Council ( BARCC ). She is a past President of the 910 S. Michigan Ave. Condominium Association. Ms. Dempsey is a licensed real estate broker and member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In 2004, Ms. Dempsey moved into a Bronzeville home on King Drive and, in 2005, started considering establishment of her own firm. Having her own firm enables the ability to be flexible and provide highly personalized customer service, with a committed focus on long-term relationships versus short-term transactions. Ms. Lovejoy has extensive experience with leasing and property management, having spent several years managing a local apartment building and leasing single family homes. In addition, Ms. Lovejoy is a licensed real estate agent, and previously worked for MetroPro Realty in Chicago. Ms. Lovejoy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Olive-Harvey College in Chicago and is a bartender with BASSETT certification.
