Our art ("Do") is about life - learning martial arts is what we use to study life. The training we offer is for all body types & skill levels, including adults, teens, seniors & kids. The foundational "Do" art is a highly effective/versatile style of Okinawan karate-do which focuses on self-defense, longevity & health. And the focus on "do" allows higher levels of martial arts ("Bu") than is available elsewhere. We also have one of the most extensive & practical weapon arts (kobudo) programs in Minnesota.
