This brainchild of an idea considers serving fine food prepared in the same manner and with the same fine ingredients that higher priced restaurants serve in Santa Fe... but in a FUN, FAST-CASUAL setting. The prices are basically half of what gourmet restaurants charge for the same quality served in a fast casual atmosphere. This concept evolved into what is now known today as Bumble Bee's Baja Grill and Bumble Bee's Baja Grill & Burgers.
