Cabarrus County Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes by qualified instructors. Its parent and tot program is for 2- and 3-years-olds in which parents assist children in the classes. Beginning tumbling is introduced and children are exposed to all equipment. The center also offers midday pickup services. Its kindergym I program is for 4- and 5-year-olds, kindergym II is for older kindergarten students, and its kindergym III program is for advanced kindergarten and first-grade students. It additionally provides separate girls and boys classes, the kinder tramp and tumbling program for 4- and 5-year-olds, and the trampoline I and II programs for students who want to learn the proper techniques of jumps, twists and seat drops. Its tumbling I, II and III programs offer alternatives to the traditional style of gymnastics and include cartwheels, handsprings and flips. Cabarrus County Gymnastics is located in Concord, N.C.
