SJWTX Water is a subsidiary of SJW Corporation, which stores, purifies and distributes water to customers in the cities of Cupertino, San Jose, Campbell, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, Los Gatos and Santa Clara, Calif. It operates as a holding company with four subsidiaries that include San Jose Water Company, SJW Land Company, SJWTX Water and Crystal Choice Water Service. SJWTX Water was incorporated in the state of Texas in 2005. It entered into an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of Canyon Lake Water Supply Corporation, a Texas nonprofit water supply corporation. CLWSC is a member-owned nonprofit water utility headquartered in Canyon Lake, Texas that serves a population of approximately 20,000 with more than 6,700 connections in western Comal County and southern Blanco County. SJWTX Water is located in San Jose, Calif.
