Founded in 1977, Cardiology Consultants is one of the largest cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery practice centers in the United States. Based in Orlando, Fla., it serves the cardiovascular needs of patients through three hospitals in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. The center offers a wide range of diagnostic services, such as exercise stress testing, echocardiography, vascular studies, nuclear stress testing, heart catheterizations and electrophysiology monitoring. Cardiology Consultants also provides cardiac computed tomography (CT)/magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, thoracic surgery, peripheral vascular disease and nuclear cardiology, to name a few.
