After the placement, we work with you to craft a customized working agreement, so you get the best value from your new hire. We return calls promptly and are available to answer questions or give expert advice. We keep in touch quarterly with you and the nanny throughout the placement. Each candidate has a face to face interview with a Placement Counselor. Detailed reference checks are completed with all relevant past positions. Our background checks are the most thorough in the industry. Social Security Trace, National and county criminal background checks, Sexoffender checks and Motor vehicle reports. Additional criminal checks are available on an a-la carte basis. We are the only Arizona agency to use an outside company for personality assessment to ensure that your candidate has the qualities we are looking for.?
