Choosing a therapist is an important and very personal decision. I enjoy my work and my clients benefit from my expertise and my non-judgmental approach. In my 14 years of experience I have encountered and been successful in treating a range of emotional and addictive difficulties.
My strength is helping clients to see and use their full potential. My approach is strength-based; that means I build upon the positive instead of focusing on the negative. People often come to therapy blaming themselves. My job is to get them past the blame and moving to self-acceptance.
I am easy to reach and have weekend and evening hours. My office is in a professional building that is handicapped accessible and has its own parking lot. My clients feel free to call me when they are in difficulty.
