At my studio, classes are small, enabling me to better meet the physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs of my students. Children are taught that Yoga is not competitive. They learn to listen to their bodies and to do what is right for them. It is my hope that through relaxation and breathing techniques and the offering of the poses, children will leave the classroom with a greater sense of self-esteem, confidence, mental clarity, peacefulness, physical strength, endurance, and flexibility to help them navigate their lives.
