Established in 1950, Carolinas Rehabilitation is one of the largest rehabilitation centers in the United States. Based in Charlotte, N.C., it offers a range of programs, such as brain injury programs, spinal cord injury programs, stroke program, other inpatient programs and outpatient services, to name a few. In addition, it maintains events and programs, consisting of community programs, charitable giving, financial assistance, research, clinical trials and support groups, among others. Carolinas Rehabilitation is associated with CARF and The Joint Commission.
