Carrabba s Italian Grill is a chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States. Carrabba s is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. Carrabba s serves flavorful Italian dishes prepared from ingredients imported from around the world--fresh mussels rope grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island, or Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catalonia, Spain, and Garafolo pasta imported from a small town outside Pompeii. The restaurant uses only USDA Choice beef, and its chicken and fish are always fresh, never frozen. It also offers specialty drinks, including a citrotini, Italian sangria, pomegranate martini and wild berry cocktail.
