Julius L. Carter is a Summa Cum Laude graduate with majors in accounting, business, and management. Attorney Carter has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He holds state of Ohio licenses in law, real estate and education. He is also licensed to practice law in Federal court. He has Administrative Law experience representing individuals in employment disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), The Merit System Protection Board (MSPB), the Office of Workers Compensation Program (OWCP), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA), and both Ohio and Federal Courts. In addition, he has argued grievances before arbitrators and settled disputes in mediation. He has advised and represented clients and investors in Ohio real estate transactions since 1999. Along with being educated in business, he has business experience as an accountant and entrepreneur. His diverse background pro vides the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary to deliver the best legal advise to a diverse client base.
