Cascade Rehabilitation Associates was formed in 1998 by a group of physical and occupational therapists devoted to professional excellence and quality personal care. Our therapists are dedicated to providing individualized treatment programs focused on returning patients to their desired level of function as quickly and safely as possible. Cascade’s therapists provide general orthopedic therapy, along with a wide variety of specialty services at clinics located in downtown Everett, Harbour Pointe, Silver Lake and Smokey Point. We are committed to making a difference in our communities. Cascade is involved with local schools, health fairs, senior groups, and exercise clubs.
