Established in 1992, CASI Foundation for Children is a private, nonprofit, fully licensed adoption agency that aims to create families through adoption and improve the quality of life for orphaned children worldwide. CASI provides international and domestic adoption services, humanitarian programs for orphans in China, Haiti, Azerbaijan and free birth parent services in Idaho. CASI has representatives throughout Idaho and provides pre- and post-adoption services, including adoption home studies, counseling, pre-adoption education, court reports, post-placement services, social investigative reports, home study updates, birth parent counseling, educational and informational seminars and community resources. It is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has offices in Olney, Md., Washington D.C., and Beijing.
