The Catholic High School of Baltimore, founded in 1939, is an independent Catholic school for young women. It serves more than 300 students in grades nine through 12. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and offers a Maryland State Department of Education-approved academic curriculum. Its special programs include distance learning, advanced placement and online courses. The Catholic High School of Baltimore's facilities include a guidance center, piano lab, student publication center, gymnasium, school store, media center and auditorium. The high school has several sports activities, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming and softball. The school is located in Baltimore.
