Cave CrossFit started in a garage in West Hollywood in 2011 with owners Brian Jaffe & Zee Brod, minimal equipment and a handful of CrossFit members comprised of friends and family. Three months later, Cave outgrew its 400 square foot space. Today, Cave CrossFit resides on Beverly Boulevard and is one of the most popular and respected boxes in Los Angeles. With a focus on personal development, Cave CrossFit aims to strengthen and test both the physical and mental limits of each of its members.
