Center For Women's Health At Family Health Center

Established in 1976, Family Health Centers Inc. (FHC) provides primary and preventive health services. The clinic offers an array of services, such as behavioral health, health education and case management services. Located in Louisville, Ky., its comprehensive primary and preventive health services are pharmacy, obstetrics, child and adult medicine. The center provides services to more than 43,000 patients annually, through seven Family Health Centers. It is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers. The company has accreditation with the Joint Commission.
