Central High School, affiliated with Portage Public School District, offers education to more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, computers and physical education. The various sports activities offered by the school include volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, wrestling, golf, cross country, track and baseball. It provides a variety of extracurricular activities to students, including mathematics club, theater arts, music, student council, forensics and outdoor trips.
