Founded in 1997, CICF, also known as Central Indiana Community Foundation, is a nonprofit organization that serves the residents of Marion and Hamilton counties in Indiana. It provides a variety of job training, housing support, financial counseling, education and drug prevention programs. The organization additionally offers scholarship programs to more than 400 students to assist them in higher education. It also provides counseling services in cases related to substance abuse and domestic violence for families and individuals. The organization also conducts various educational seminars and workshops for students. In addition, it offers consulting, documentation, funding, grant making and career planning services. CICF maintains a presence in Indianapolis.
