Centura Health is a faith-based health care organization formed in 1996 by the Sisters of Charity Health Services Colorado. The organization includes nine acute care hospitals located throughout the Front Range of Colorado. In addition, it has medical clinics in Frisco, Granby, Monument and Calhan. Centura also provides care outside of its hospitals through various services, including home care, home infusion, hospice, the HealthAdvisor nurse line, rehabilitation facilities, employee assistance programs and urgent care clinics. The organization provides a wide range of services for seniors both inside its hospitals and in the community, sponsoring nine senior facilities throughout the Front Range. Centura Health maintains a location in Englewood, Colo.
