A mere 10 feet from the taps, it is the place where our brewers craft unique adventures in every pour. From our iconic grain silo straight to your glass, you can be sure that our brewhouse is where amazing beer adventures are being crafted with tradition. Chama River is proud of its 5 barrel brewhouse and all of its capability. Our two kettle system serves us very well as our brewers produce in the neighborhood of 1,000-1,200 barrels each and every year. Each kettle serves double duty Mash Tun/Lauter Tun and Boil Kettle/Whirlpool Kettle. Our brewers rely on eight fermenters, six 10 barrel fermenters and two 5 barrel fermenters, to get things really rolling. In the cold room, the brewers keep busy with their ten 10 barrel bright/server tanks and eight 5 barrel bright/server tanks.
