Champps Americana, located in Tamrack Village in Woodbury, Minn., is one of more than 60 Champps Americana restaurants throughout the United States. Champps features an upscale, casual-dining atmosphere and offers patrons a variety of menu options, including soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches, steaks, chops, burgers, pasta dishes, desserts, soft drinks, wines and beers. Its ambience includes multiple video walls and large state-of-the-art televisions, coupled with music, television broadcasts and special promotional events. The original Champps concept began operations in 1984. The Woodbury restaurant is independently owned and operates under a franchise agreement from Champps Entertainment, which maintains corporate headquarters in Littleton, Colo. Champps Entertainment trades publicly on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol CMPP.
