About Charger Industries, LP In 1998, Oilfield Batteries International was incorporated in the city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our first objective was to service the growing demand for battery packs to power downhole drilling tools. Our next objective was to work with customers to help them implement the most efficient usage and construction of their battery packs. Our final objective was, and always will be, to provide top-quality service and customer care for all their battery needs. With our firm commitment to customer service, we have experienced excellent growth rate through the years. OBI began selling batteries into the United States since its inception and in the Spring of 2000 opened a sales office in Houston, Texas to better service the growing demand. OBI saw rapid expansion of the U.S. sales market and in April of 2003 opened a production facility in the Houston area. In October of 2003, Dynatech Power Manufacturing was formed and took over marketing for OBI products in the U.S. This enabled us to once again increase the level of service to our U.S. customers, and to more easily reach the growing international battery market. After a period of growing pains, it was decided to combine our two companies and on January 1st, 2008, Charger Industries, LP was established. Charger Industries, LP, through the combined strengths of our two companies, is now recognized in the industry as a leader and innovator for battery pack design and manufacturing, as well as a respected developer of new technologies for the downhole drilling industry. As we continue to try and grow our business we realize that our company has been built on three core components: superb quality, great service and competitive pricing. Because of the many dedicated employees of OBI, continuously striving to provide a better product to our clients, I am confident you will see us maintain or improve on each of these components over the coming years. It is pretty obvious that without customers you don't have much of a business, and I would like to thank our many customers around the world for their continued support. In our first 7 years of business we have been able to achieve an amazing level of customer loyalty. I can't explain to you how valuable your loyalty is as we continuously strive to improve our product offerings. We started out as a small company with 1 employee and have grown to where we are today, as a larger integrated company with many product lines and the associated expertise. Although I am pleased to see the growth in OBI I am also aware that some things that we kept our focus on before can start to slip. We will continue to strive to satisfy the fast pace of the industry, but we seek to provide you with the superior service that you deserve.
