Charles Drew Health Center has been providing health care services to low-income residents of Omaha's northside for more than 20 years. The center provides medical services, such as primary medical care for the entire family and immunizations for children and adults. Its health services are designed to meet the needs of the community and focuses on obesity, asthma, infant mortality, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Its dental program provides various services, such as dental screenings, oral exams, sealants, fluoride treatments, restorative services and oral surgery. The center s chronic disease management program is designed to improve health and teach patients to manage their health. Its behavioral health program provides therapeutic and consultation mental health services to patients. Charles Drew Health Center is located in Omaha, Neb.
