Established in 1980, the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation supports several supports research and educational programs. As a nonprofit organization, it supports the Koch Associate Program to provide management training and professional development services. The foundation offers the Market-Based Management curriculum that conducts classes in economic thinking, integrity, incentive structures and hiring, as well as organizes meetings with business and nonprofit leaders. The Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation provides the Koch Internship Program, which offers project assignments in the areas of policy research, marketing, grassroots education, and talent and university network development. The foundation additionally provides grants, as well as has partnerships with the American Film Renaissance Institute and the American Legislative Exchange Council.
