The longevity of our practice is a testament to the dedication of our dermatology team. Dr. David Welton established Charlotte Dermatology in 1939 as one of the first dermatology practices in the region. We’re proud to have been home to Dr. Joyce Williamson, the first female dermatologist in Charlotte, and to have opened the first dermatology office in Matthews. Over the years, our reputation for excellence has continued to grow as we seek to deliver advanced medical and surgical treatment of skin diseases, as well as cosmetic skin solutions.
