Operational for more than 15 years, CHEEERS is a nonprofit organization that provides health services to individuals with behavioral and psychiatric disorders. The organization offers peer support and assists in the development of living skills through various physical activities, self-help groups and community integration programs. CHEEERS also coordinates programs to strengthen the support system of family and friends. It is a member of Southwest Network, which is a provider network organization (PNO) that operates various direct care case management clinics in Maricopa County in Arizona. CHEEERS additionally conducts classes in anger management, Spanish and computer discovery. The organization offers bus transportation services to residents.
