Chemtech Roof & Insulation Systems, Inc was founded in 1981 by John Bradley and Raymond Smith. We initially specialized in polyurethane foam roofing and insulation for commercial applications. Chemtech became one of the first Qualified Applicators in our geographical area for the two leading world-wide manufacturers of Single Ply EPDM Rubber and Thermoplastic Roofing Systems: Carlisle and Firestone. Since 1981 Chemtech has applied over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of Single Ply Roofing. Throughout the years, Chemtech has been involved with elastomeric coating systems as applied to recondition metal roofs, single-ply rubber and thermoplastic roofs and foam roofs.
