Started in 2015, Chi-Chi's Cocoa Cafe is a small home-based business in Cleveland, Ohio. Owner Chisa (Chi-Chi) Smith created the Cocoa Cafe in hopes of bringing spice and warmth to an otherwise cold time of year. Our Cocoa Cafe provides customers with a new way to enjoy those nights in front of the fireplace. Using spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger; Chi-Chi's Cocoa Cafe will have your taste-buds addicted to the rich, warmth of our cocoa concoctions.
