Founded in 1985, Children's Village, wholly owned and operated by Doylestown Hospital, is an on-site child care center for infants up to the age of 5. It is one of the oldest, nationally accredited centers in the United States. The center also operates an academic nursery school and kindergarten facility. Children's Village is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. Doylestown Hospital additionally maintains the Heart Institute, which provides a variety of cardiovascular care services. Founded in 2000, the institute offers cardiac catheterization, open-heart surgery and medical management solutions for various cardiovascular conditions. Doylestown Hospital is a member of the University of Pennsylvania's Cancer Network.
