Operated by China Grill Management, China Grill is a high-end restaurant located in New York City. China Grill started with only one restaurant in New York in 1987 and since then it has grown to more than 25 locations throughout the world. The restaurant has been featured in New York Times, Crains New York Business, Gotham, New York Magazine and Wine Spectator. The restaurant s menu includes lobster pancakes, crab and shrimp cakes, beef and scallion dumplings, short ribs and lamb spare ribs.
