Founded in 1985, Chrestomathy Inc. is a specialized adult day program providing day-training and habilitation services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Based in Minneapolis, Minn., the center serves individuals diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or sensory impairments. It accommodates individuals in a range of supervised settings, including parental home, foster home or group home in a neighborhood setting. Chrestomathy Inc. works with individuals facing aggression, elopement, self-injurious behavior, spitting, toileting problems and non-compliance behavior.
